By registering for Retail Expansion Summit & Expo ("the Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Information We Collect. We collect the personal information you provide during registration, including your name, job title, organization, email address, postal address, phone number, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and any other information you submit. We may also collect attendance data (sessions attended, badge scans) during the Event.

 

How We Use Your Information. Your information is used to process your registration, issue your credentials, communicate logistical and program updates, ensure on-site safety and accessibility, and—where you have opted in—to send you information about future events and related content from Lizan Retail Advisors (LRA).

 

Sharing with Third Parties. We share limited registration data with vendors who help us operate the Event (such as our registration platform, badge printer, venue, and accommodation partners) under confidentiality obligations. If you visit a sponsor or exhibitor booth and consent to a badge scan, your contact details will be shared with that sponsor or exhibitor, who will use them under their own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

 

Photography, Video, and Recording. Sessions, networking areas, and general venue spaces may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or live-streamed by Lizan Retail Advisors (LRA) or its authorized media partners. By attending, you grant Lizan Retail Advisors (LRA) a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional, editorial, and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact us at privacy@RetailExpansion.com in advance.

 

Attendee List. An attendee list including name, title, and organization may be shared with other registered participants to facilitate networking.

 

Data Retention. We retain registration data for 5 years after the Event for accounting, reporting, and follow-up communications, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

 

Your Rights. Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and CCPA where applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
